AI Enhanced is a premium mode where autonomous AI-assisted execution is combined with senior-agent supervision, risk monitoring, and smart-contract-defined trading rules. It is not active by default.
- 04Does everyone pay the 20% AI Enhanced fee?+
No. The 20% AI Enhanced supervision, performance, or premium-service fee applies only when a client selects and activates AI Enhanced and the relevant senior-agent service is allocated or provided.
- 05Does everyone pay the 10% Senior Supervisor fee?+
No. The 10% senior supervision fee applies only when a client selects Senior Supervisor Mode. It is a service fee for supervision and account-level oversight, not a universal release or withdrawal charge.
- 06What is the Refundable Verification Amount?+
In selected release scenarios, a smart-contract verification step may require a refundable amount from the same verified wallet connected to the release request. It confirms active wallet control before settlement.
- 07Is the Refundable Verification Amount a fee?+
No. It is not a fee, tax, commission, brokerage charge, company payment, or payment to support staff. It is returned according to the smart-contract release rules when the applicable release conditions are completed.
- 08Will anyone ask me to send funds to a private wallet?+
No. Any required verification step must appear inside the secure dashboard and correspond to the displayed smart-contract release rules. Staff cannot bypass the release process through private messages, personal wallets, or manual instructions.
